LupinSync PDF Invoices is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. This policy explains how the Service is delivered, since no physical goods are involved.

1. No physical goods are shipped

LupinSync does not sell, ship, or dispatch any physical product. There is no packaging, courier, or postal delivery involved in using the Service, and no physical shipping charges apply to any LupinSync plan.

2. How the Service is delivered

• The LupinSync PDF Invoices WooCommerce plugin is delivered electronically as a software package for installation on your own WordPress/WooCommerce site.
• Free-plan access is delivered electronically as soon as your store successfully connects to LupinSync.
• Premium entitlement is delivered electronically: once a Premium license is issued and activated, the corresponding Premium features become available to your connected store — there is no physical license card, box, or document shipped.
• Generated invoices are delivered as electronic PDF documents, downloadable through your WordPress admin.

3. Delivery timing

Because delivery is electronic, there is no dispatch or transit timeline to disclose. Plugin installation is immediate once downloaded and activated on your site; Free-plan connection and Premium license activation are intended to take effect immediately upon a successful request, subject to normal service availability.
