Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the LupinSync PDF Invoices WooCommerce plugin and the associated LupinSync.tech service available at invoices.lupinsync.tech (together, the “Service”). LupinSync.tech is a SaaS technology initiative, and LupinSync Invoices is a product developed under it, operated by Bhoi Enterprises, a proprietorship (“LupinSync”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By installing the plugin, connecting a store, or otherwise using the Service, you (“you”, the “merchant”) agree to these Terms, and to a license/subscription relationship with Bhoi Enterprises as the service operator.

1. The Service

LupinSync PDF Invoices is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product: a WordPress/WooCommerce plugin that connects your WooCommerce store to LupinSync's backend service to generate GST-compliant PDF tax invoices for your orders. No physical goods are provided under these Terms — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

2. Account and store responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business, tax, and invoice-numbering information you configure in the plugin.
• You are responsible for keeping your WordPress installation, WooCommerce installation, and any account credentials associated with the Service secure.
• You are responsible for the lawfulness of the orders, customer information, and GSTIN details you submit for invoice generation.
• Where the Service later introduces a LupinSync customer account (sign-up, login, and a customer dashboard), these Terms extend to that account and its use of the Service.

3. WooCommerce integration

The Service requires an active, licensed WordPress installation running WooCommerce. LupinSync is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Automattic Inc. or the WooCommerce project. You are responsible for your own WordPress/WooCommerce license and hosting.

4. Free and Premium plans

LupinSync offers a Free plan and paid Premium plans (billed monthly or yearly). The features included in each plan are described on our Pricing page and Features page, which we keep accurate to what is actually available — we do not advertise a feature as live before it is built. Premium plan pricing, billing frequency, and related terms are set out in our Subscription Policy.

5. License usage — one Premium license, one website

A Premium license is issued for use on exactly one WooCommerce website (installation) at a time. Sharing a single Premium license key across multiple, unrelated websites, or attempting to circumvent this limit, is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of the license. Moving a license to a different website you control may be supported as a distinct, explicit action (e.g. deactivating the license on the original site first) rather than simultaneous use on more than one site.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service's security, authentication, or license-enforcement mechanisms.
• Do not use the Service to generate fraudulent, falsified, or knowingly incorrect tax invoices.
• Do not use the Service in a manner that violates applicable law, including Indian tax and GST regulations.
• Do not attempt to access another merchant's store data, credentials, or invoices.

8. Intellectual property

The LupinSync.tech and LupinSync Invoices names and logos, and the LupinSync PDF Invoices plugin and service (excluding your own store data, invoices, and content), are the property of Bhoi Enterprises and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to LupinSync's trademarks, source code, or branding beyond what is needed to use the Service as intended.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and, for Premium billing, a third-party payment processor (Razorpay) once subscription billing is live. Your use of any third-party payment method is also subject to that provider's own terms. LupinSync does not control, and is not responsible for, the availability of third-party services we integrate with.

10. Payments and subscriptions

Paid Premium plans are billed on a recurring basis as described in our Subscription Policy. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

11. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for a store or license that breaches these Terms (including prohibited license sharing or abusive use), with notice where reasonably practicable. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting/deactivating the plugin; this does not by itself cancel a paid subscription — see our Subscription Policy for how to cancel billing.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LupinSync is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including errors in invoices generated from data you supplied, or from third-party service interruptions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable Indian law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
